Salem Fire Museum's "Social Surge" leads to open doors each month.

 

After creating a Facebook page for the newly restored Salem City Fire Museum because of my grandfather's efforts in helping to restore the old Union Fire-Hall into a Museum, Ahl Web Solutions created a Facebook page during summer 2012 in dedication to my grandfathers dream come true. Fire chief of the city started utilizing the page to share pics, history, and local info. After staying stagnant at approx. 100 likes for a couple months, the page started taking off and has grown to approx. 450 likes but, most importantly, this increase in engagement allotted the Museum's management to open doors (at no cost to visitors) the first Saturday of every month! Click here to visit the Facebook page!
