How do I order meat?
It isn't as hard as you may think. You can get as much or as little as you like. We sell 1 chicken breast, 1 pork chop or 1/4 lb of ground beef. You can order by the pound or by the piece. You can order a meat package or choose meat from the case. Many customers call ahead to order so it is ready when they come to pick it up but it is not necessary to do this.
What if I don't see what I need in the deli display?
We cut our meat fresh everyday so you may not see everything we have in the deli display. Just ask someone behind the counter's attention and they will be pleased to help you.

How do you wrap my meat order?
We can wrap your meat order the way you want it. We use a special freezer wrap that keeps your meat freezer safe. You can request the meat to be wrapped by a specific amount of pieces or by the pound. We also mark the packages so you know what it is. This makes it easier for you to put away when you get it home.

Can I get chicken breasts or pork chops boneless?
Yes. You can get your chicken breasts split, boned and even skinned. We offer boneless chops as well. Just ask us to do this for you. You can also get them stuffed with our homemade bread stuffing.

Can I substitute an item in the meat packages?
Yes, you can substitute any item in the meat packages. We take the dollar value and replace it with what you would like.

How much food do I need for my party?
Tell us how many people are going to be at your party and we will tell you how the amount you need. Call us or stop in and speak with someone about it.

Where do I pick up my orders?
Meat orders can be picked up at the meat counter. Sub & salad orders are available at the deli counter. Dinner and hot lunch orders can be picked up at the hot food bar. If you order lunch with subs or salad and a hot sandwich be sure to go to both areas for pick up.

Do you deliver?
We can deliver meat orders of $30.00 or more to Penns Grove, Carneys Point and Pedricktown.

Do you accept EBT cards and credit cards?
Yes we accept EBT cards. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
